New New: now accepting requests

Hospitality Staffing for Hotels, Resorts and Buildings

VWF is now accepting requests for hospitality staffing. We are building our roster of cooks, housekeepers, maintenance engineers and other hotel team members, and we screen every candidate with the care we give our security officers.

Hospitality staffing, now accepting requests

VWF started with security officers who work like part of the hotel team. They greet guests, learn names and keep the lobby calm. Hospitality staffing is the natural next step. We are now accepting requests from hotels, resorts and buildings that need cooks, housekeeping staff, maintenance engineers and other roles, and we are building our roster one careful hire at a time.

We want to be clear from the first conversation. This line of work is new for us. We do not have a long list of past placements to show you, and we will not pretend otherwise. What we do have is a management team with more than 30 years of experience in hospitality security, a screening process we already use for our officers, and a real understanding of how a property feels when a shift is short.

If you run a property and you are tired of last-minute calls to agencies that send whoever happens to be free, talk to us. We would rather tell you honestly what we can fill today than promise a person we do not have.

Hotel roles we are recruiting for

Our roster is growing around the positions hotels and resorts ask about most. If your role is not on this list, ask anyway. We will tell you if it is something we can recruit for right now.

  • Line cooks, prep cooks and banquet cooks for restaurants, room service and event kitchens
  • Room attendants, housekeepers and housekeeping supervisors
  • Laundry attendants and public area attendants who keep lobbies, corridors and pool decks spotless
  • Maintenance engineers and general maintenance technicians
  • Stewards and dishwashers for busy back-of-house operations
  • Bell staff, door staff and front desk support
  • Lobby ambassadors who combine guest service with a calm, watchful presence

Who our hotel staffing agency fits

We built this service for properties where guests notice the details. Hotels and resorts are the obvious fit, from boutique hotels in Miami Beach to larger resorts along the coast. Commercial office buildings can call us for maintenance and porter roles. Hotels with a busy conference and event calendar can ask about banquet cooks and extra housekeeping for peak weeks.

It also fits owners and managers who already work with us for security. One partner for both the officer at the door and the housekeeper on the third floor means one fewer vendor to manage and one set of standards across the whole property.

We are based in Miami and know South Florida well, from Brickell and Downtown Miami to Fort Lauderdale and Boca Raton. We also staff teams for clients anywhere in the world, so distance alone is not a reason for us to say no.

How the staffing process works

Every request follows the same steps. They are simple on purpose, so you always know where things stand.

1. Tell us what you need

Call us or send a request through our contact page. We ask about the role, the schedule, the start date and what a great hire looks like at your property. A banquet cook for a busy wedding season is a very different search from a permanent maintenance engineer.

2. We define the role together

We write a short role profile with you: duties, skills, shift pattern, uniform, language needs and pay range. If something looks hard to fill, we say so early and suggest options.

3. We recruit and screen

We search our growing roster and recruit new candidates. We interview each one, check work history and references, and run the background screening that the role and the law allow. People who will work near guests are screened with the same seriousness we apply to security officers.

4. You meet the candidates

We present only people we would be proud to send to any client. You review their profiles, interview them if you wish, and make the final decision. Nobody starts at your property without your approval.

5. Start day and follow-up

We confirm arrival details with the new team member and check in with you after the first shifts. If a fit is not working, tell us. We would rather fix it fast than let a problem sit.

What you get from VWF

Working with a new staffing partner is a leap of faith, so we keep our promises simple and practical.

  • A single contact who knows your property and your standards
  • Candidates who were interviewed and screened before you ever see a name
  • Honest answers about what we can fill now and what will take longer
  • The option to combine staffing with hotel security officers under one partner
  • Follow-up after start day, so problems get solved early

People who are treated well stay longer

We care about the people we place as much as the properties we serve. Fair treatment, clear schedules and respect on the job make for staff who stay. Staff who stay know where the extra towels are, which guest likes a quiet room and how the walk-in cooler really works.

FAQ

Questions people ask

Is hospitality staffing a new service for VWF?

Yes. Hospitality staffing is a new line for VWF, and we are now accepting requests and building our roster. We will not claim a record of past placements we do not have. What we bring is a management team with more than 30 years of experience in hospitality security and a screening process we already use for our security officers. We are honest about what we can fill today and what will take longer, so you can plan with real information.

What hotel roles can VWF staff?

We are recruiting cooks, housekeeping staff, room attendants, laundry and public area attendants, stewards, maintenance engineers and front-of-house support such as bell and door staff. Our roster is growing, so if your role is not listed, ask us anyway. We will tell you plainly whether it is something we can recruit for right now or whether it would take more time to find the right person.

How does VWF screen hospitality candidates?

Every candidate is interviewed by our team. We check work history and references and run the background screening that the role and the law allow. For people who will work near guests, tenants or visitors, we apply the same seriousness we use with our own security officers. You still review each candidate and make the final call before anyone starts at your property.

Does VWF provide hotel staff outside Miami?

Yes. VWF is based in Miami and knows South Florida well, from Miami Beach and Brickell to Fort Lauderdale and Palm Beach. We also staff teams for clients anywhere in the world. Tell us where your property is and what you need, and we will give you an honest answer about how we can help and how long it may take to build the right team.

Can I combine hospitality staffing with security officers?

Yes. Working with VWF for both security officers and hospitality staff gives you one contact, one set of standards and a team that understands guest service from the lobby to the back of house. You can start with one service and add the other later, depending on what your property needs and how your season looks.

How do I request staff or apply for a hospitality job?

Property owners and managers can call us or send a request through our contact page with the role, the schedule and the start date. Job seekers can visit our careers page and send us their details, whether their experience is in a kitchen, in housekeeping or in maintenance. We reply as soon as we can, because building our roster depends on good people on both sides.
