What happens after I contact VWF?

A member of our team will reach out to learn more about your property and what you need. We will ask about the posts or roles, the hours, the guest experience you want and the look you prefer for your officers. For many properties we suggest a site review, either a walk-through together or a detailed conversation. Then we prepare a free quote with our recommendation, and there is no obligation to move forward.

What should I include in my request?

The most helpful details are the type of property, its location, the posts or roles you need covered, the days and hours, and your start date. If you already know which officer look you want, a black suit and tie, a tactical presentation or a mix, include that too. For hospitality staffing, list the roles, such as cooks, housekeeping or maintenance engineers. Anything you share helps us respond with a more accurate quote.

Can VWF help if my property is outside Florida or the United States?

Yes. VWF is headquartered in Miami, and we staff teams for clients anywhere in the world. Send us the location of your property, the services you need and your timeline. We will talk through how we can recruit, screen and train officers or hospitality staff for that location, and how our management team will stay in touch once the team is in place.

Is the quote really free?

Yes. Quotes from VWF are free, and there is no obligation to move forward. We review your property and your needs, recommend the posts or roles we think make sense, and explain our reasoning. If you want changes, such as a different officer look for a certain post or different hours, we will adjust the proposal. You decide whether to go ahead once you have everything you need.

Can I request event staffing through this page?
