Who we are: a Miami team that thinks like a hotel
VWF started with a simple idea. In a hotel lobby, the security officer is often the first person a guest meets, so that officer should feel like part of the welcome. Our management team has more than 30 years of experience in hospitality security, and that background shapes everything we do.
We recruit, screen and train officers who put customer service first. They learn the names of regular guests, give directions to the pool or the ballroom, and notice when something seems off. Most days, the job looks a lot like hospitality. That is the point.

Security officers for hotels and office buildings
Our core service is unarmed security officers for hotels, resorts and commercial office buildings. In a hotel, our officers walk the property, watch the entrances, help the front desk during the check-in rush and respond calmly when a guest needs a hand. In office towers, we place concierge-style officers at the lobby desk. A concierge security officer greets and tracks visitors, checks people in, and balances the needs of tenants, visitors and building safety. Tenants see a familiar face each morning. We also serve condominiums and homeowner associations with a steady presence and regular patrols, as described on our residential security page. For clients who do not need anyone on site, we design and set up remote video monitoring that reports suspicious activity to you.

Every property has its own style, so you choose how our officers present. Some clients want a black suit and black tie, a professional and discreet look that blends into a luxury lobby. Others prefer a tactical presentation that is easy to spot from across a parking area or a busy entrance.

Does VWF provide hotel staff such as cooks and housekeepers?
Yes, this is our newest service. VWF is now accepting requests for hospitality staffing, including cooks, housekeeping and maintenance engineers, and we are now building our roster of candidates. We also offer executive search for leadership roles in hospitality. We use the same careful recruiting and screening that we apply to our security officers. Tell us which roles you need and when, and we will follow up.
Is VWF hiring security officers?
Yes. VWF hires security officers in two ways. Employees work under the direct supervision of our management, with strict time and attendance. Independent security partners accept and decline contracts through our app and can cancel a commitment without reprimand. Everyone needs at least 3 years of security experience, must be at least 18, and must pass a drug screening, a background check and credential validation. Full details are on our careers page.
